AI/ML Python Software Developer

Join our client's team and work on cutting-edge 5G NR solutions for Radio Access Networks (RAN) in Cracow.

RESPONSIBILITIESAI models development: defining the problem, collecting and preprocessing data, selecting algorithms, training the model, evaluating performance, and deploying it into production

Participation in the full development cycle: from requirements, specification up to architecture, software development and system tests.

Cooperation with Colleagues from other R& D Centers around the world REQUIREMENTS

• Designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines
• Integrating AI/ML models with existing backend systems
• Excellent programming skills in Python 3+Good knowledge of unit test libraries: unittest, pytest
• Experience with Pandas, Numpy XG
• Boost libraries
• Experience in software development for Linux
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, containers mechanism in Linux
• Creativity and strong problem solving skills
• Bachelor's degree and more than 6 years of experience in area of telecommunication /computer science (including duration of master's degree) Technologies in use
• Python, Numpy, PyTorch, XG

• Knowledge and experience in software development for telecommunication systems (4G/5G)

Experience with Pytorch, explanation libraries e.g. Shap, DICE, experiment logging libraries like ML

• Flow, data version control libs e.g. DVC
• Data analysis experience
• Working with data stores: SQL / NoSQL databases
• WHAT DO WE OFFER ON THIS PROJECT? Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 160-190 PLN/hour Hybrid work from Cracow (1-2 times a week in the office).
