For our client, an international AI and enterprise software provider (SaaS), we are looking for:

AI Implementation Specialist (AI app support) - 15:00-23:00100% Remote

Temporary employment contract with Harvey NashSalary: 9 000 - 12 350 PLN gross / month

Duration: 12 months (extension / transition to hire is probable)

Working time: 15-23Process: 2 stages (video-interviews) Tasks:

Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systemsAct as a consultant and advisor for customers and internal stakeholdersAct as the main technical point of contact during customer implementations and migrations

Scope use cases and translate them into clear technical requirements
Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently
Document integration setups and troubleshooting guides
Work with our engineering team to escalate bugs and complex issues Requirements:2+ years of experience in application implementation, integration or support
Experience with AI tools / apps implementation and/or tech support
Software troubleshooting skills
Fluent in English
Permitted to work in PolandNice to have: B2B customers support, knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) or integrating with them, platform integrations (SSO, SCIM, API), leadership experience, experience with LMS
