We also provide body and team leasing services in IT, providing specialists in various fields.Model: remoteEmployment type: full-timeResponsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 QA and test automation engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, Define and maintain comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Release Calendars aligned with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements, Ensure that all test activities comply with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP guidelines, Manage test cycles and defect triage within JIRA, maintaining full traceability across requirements, risks, and tests, Oversee and optimize test automation frameworks to increase coverage, efficiency, and quality, Collaborate with Product Managers, System Owners, and DevOps to ensure smooth release management and timely delivery, Coordinate testing activities across business capabilities such as content management, learning, translation, and knowledge delivery, Provide testing documentation and evidence to support audits and regulatory inspections. Requirements: Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead in enterprise or regulated environments, Strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP-compliant testing, Hands-on experience with JIRA for test and release management, Experience with test management tools such as Xray or equivalent is a plus, Demonstrated expertise in test automation, including framework selection, implementation, and maintenance, Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional QA teams, Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models and Cloud-based architectures.
