You will be responsible for various recruitment processes, not limited to the Tech area. Here, every day is different.Active direct search, not waiting: Forget about passively reviewing CVs. It would be great if you know what a fast pace means.Direct search and Boolean are your native languages. LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools hold no secrets for you.You are a master of communication. You can build relationships based on trust and partnership, but you can also assertively defend your opinion and are not afraid of difficult conversations in a demanding environment.You can juggle multiple tasks at once and deliver results under time pressure. Excellent work organization is a foundation for you, not a goal in itself.A minimum of B2 level English is an absolute must.
