N-iX is looking for a  Senior Migration Engineer for one of our clients.Our customer is the European online car market, with over 30 million monthly users and a presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Migration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.Responsibilities: Lead the migration of user mailboxes and collaboration data from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Manage and troubleshoot complex data transfer issues, network connectivity, and synchronization errors Experience in On-Premises technologies Be able to identify dependencies, risks, and complexities Ensure all migrated data and configurations adhere to internal security policies and regulatory compliance standards Implement security best practices in the new environment  Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer/ Migration Engineer  in the IT Industry Proven experience executing full-scale migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Deep technical knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) configuration, including synchronization (Azure AD Connect), conditional access, and identity federation Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance centers In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including user and group management, core application APIs, and data export/transfer methods Experience with network infrastructure and security components as they relate to cloud connectivity (e.g., firewalls, proxies) Experience with third-party migration tools At least an upper-Intermediate level of English (verbal and written)  We offer*: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary and good compensation package Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings Other location-specific benefits *not applicable for freelancers
