Zakres obowiązków Co-create organizational strategy and culture focused on collaboration, trust, accountability and entrepreneurship Translate company values into everyday leadership behaviors and people practices Build an engaging and development-oriented work environment Lead initiatives supporting learning, knowledge sharing and talent development Co-create internal rituals, leadership meetings, onboarding and internal communication practices End-to-end responsibility for HR processes: recruitment (local & international), development, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and offboarding Design and implement talent and leadership development frameworks (feedback culture, coaching, career paths, succession planning) Develop and optimize compensation and benefits systems aligned with business goals Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders and managers Support leaders in recruitment, development and communication processes Lead and develop the People & Culture team A strong culture of collaboration, ownership and trust Scalable HR processes supporting growth in Poland and internationally Leaders acting as mentors and culture ambassadors Clear, fair and transparent people systems without losing entrepreneurial spirit Wymagania Min. 5 years of experience in senior HR / People & Culture roles (e.g. Head of People, HR Manager, Senior HRBP) Background in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment (startup, scale-up, tech or design-driven company) Proven ability to deliver HR projects end to end Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence Experience in building feedback-driven, development-oriented cultures Very good command of English (C1 or above) Oferujemy Position: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Performance Bonus: Success-based bonus structure (details to be discussed) Benefits: Health insurance, professional development support, flexible working arrangements, and other standard benefits Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid arrangements possible depending on needs)
