Requirements description
Deep understanding of agricultural clients, with sensitivity to farmers’ needs, priorities, and concerns
Ability to connect authentically with farmers and “speak their language”
French language (native or proficient) and comfortable communicating in English in a work context
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2C direct sales
Excellent listening and analytical skills — able to ask insightful questions and adapt based on what you learn
Ambitious and outgoing, with confidence in achieving challenging sales goals
Based in France
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agriculture sector — experience in precision agriculture is a strong plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies
Familiarity with GPS, telematics, and other precision and digital farming tools

Now we’re looking to expand locally and strengthen our presence in France, and we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead B2C sales development, build strong relationships with customers, and help bring our precision farming solutions to more farmers across the country.

Your responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the commercial success of FieldBee products in France.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the advantages of our solutions versus the competition.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) and with our local distributor to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
