Requirements description

  • 5+ years managing large, multi-site contact center and telephony environments.
  • Hands-on Genesys Cloud experience (architecture, configuration, administration).
  • Experience with legacy platforms (Avaya, Cisco).
  • Proven role in major contact center migrations, ideally to cloud-based CCaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English.

Your responsibilities

  1. Lead migration to Genesys Cloud, partnering with Genesys and business teams.
  2. Act as the regional technical expert for Genesys Cloud, supporting operations and sales.
  3. Own and maintain regional contact center and telephony platforms (other platforms are Avaya, IPFX, UCCX, CUCM).
  4. Design and implement new campaigns, workflows, and optimized processes.
  5. Drive innovation with AI, bots, and analytics.
  6. Manage vendor relationships, service levels, and budgets.
