Bring at least 5 years of significant experience in L&D roles, including 3+ years in a people management role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment., Have strong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and best practices., Are passionate about people development and have experience with a variety of training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual and hybrid learning., Are an amazing people partner, able to engage and influence leaders at all levels., Are comfortable to manage timely delivery of strategic initiatives in a dynamic, changing environment., Have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences., Think analytically, using data and insights to drive measurable impact across your area., Communicate fluently in Polish and have advanced English skills., Are ready to travel across the Central Eastern Europe., Coaching accreditation is a plus, but not essential.
