Lead HR Admin & Payroll Specialist responsible for team coordination, HR documentation, payroll operations, and process improvements in Kraków. Requires min. 5 years HR experience.
Team leadership and coordination experience, Experience working in an SSC environment, Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area – including participation or leading projects, Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations: personal administration, work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund, Excellent planning and organizational skills, Proactive approach, Strong attention to detail, Good command of Polish and English, Excel – working knowledge, Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative, Very good communication and interpersonal skills, Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
