A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field., 3-5+ years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS product ownership (ATOSS, SAP SuccessFactors), Hands-on experience in configuring Time & Attendance systems is essential - experience with ATOSS is highly valued, but proficiency with other comparable T&A systems is necessary., A strong mix of technical fluency and HR process understanding - able to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions in global HR environments., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and functions., Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to navigate ambiguity., Fluent English (both written and spoken).
