Opis stanowiska

Wymagania

Minimum 1 year of general HR experience, including employee relations and HR administration., Intermediate English skills, with a focus on written communication., Good understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and compliance requirements., Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday)., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel., Experience working with SharePoint as a document management and collaboration tool., Attention to detail and strong organizational skills., Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately., Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to HR inquiries., Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team., Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization., Experience working in an international HR environment or a global organization., Experience in HR projects or process improvement initiatives.
