At least 4 - 5 years of experience in controlling gained in large, dynamic organizations, out of which min 2 year experience with Staff Cost & HC controlling, Ability to forecast and understand macroeconomic phenomena, University degree (i.e. Finance, Quantitative Methods or Economics), Good command of business English (min. B2), Ability to explain and present financial data in an accessible way to people at very different levels of management, Knowledge of how to use of dashboards (Tableau, Looker), Knowledge of data analysis tools (Google sheets, Excel incl.
