Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related area, Minimum of 10 years of job-related HR experience, Expertise in reward practices – specifically job architecture, pay range design, benchmarking, career structures, benefits design and vendor management etc., Familiar with EMEA laws and regulations applicable to compensation and benefits practices, in particular the EU Pay directive, Exceptional analytical skills and super-user of excel as well as HR Technology, Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems - Workday reporting experience is an advantage, Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization and the ability to synthesize technical material into easily understood language, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; emphasis on strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow-up skills, Ability to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy, Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, Fluent in written and spoken English
