Minimum few years of experience in a similar HSE/BHP role, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or construction environment., Higher education in the following fields: "Occupational health and safety", "safety engineering", "safety management’’ compliant with Polish regulations (Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 2 listopada 2004 r. w sprawie służby bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy)., Additional methodological courses on conducting classes or additional certification as a Health and Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) or Inspector (Inspektor BHP),, In-depth knowledge of Polish labor code and occupational safety regulations., English and Polish languages fluency required, Strong organizational and problem-solving skills., Ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation., Good communication skills: ability to train and engage employees at all levels., Independent, proactive working style., Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., Experience with risk assessments, inspections, and training delivery., Experience in international companies or familiarity with EU safety standards., First aid or fire safety training certification.
