Requirements description

• 2-5 years systems-, processes- and data experience within Pharma Manufacturing or Supply Chain Domain
• Proven record of strong analytics skills translating business needs into data requirements
• Experience in a business application user / data product consumer facing role
• Proficiency in SQL (light-weighted SQL is sufficient) to query data and/or notions in Python is a plus
• Design Thinking and Agile skills, applied in work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively
• Willingness to respond to changing situations and deliver value iteratively within Sprints and de-risks the outcomes
• Proactiveness, availability and ability to deliver at work
• Data Analytics front end skills is a plus
• Data Vault (recommended) and Snowflake of similar experience is a plus

Your responsibilities

1. Supports the data product owner in understanding and translating business stakeholder needs into data requirements required for design and build of data products
2. Elicitates data requirements, usage patterns and in order to build up data models, schemas and data product user stories
3. Interfaces with data product team to explain needs required to prepare design and build
4. Analyses data in order to suggest improvements for enhanced data quality and user experience
5. Assists the Test lead / Engineers in understanding data and its relation to acceptance criteria to implement effective data verification test cases.
6. Creates comprehensive user stories ensuring they accurately reflect business needs and objectives, and defines clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria to guide development and validation processes
