Requirements description

• 10+ years building modern web apps, including 6+ with React + TypeScript and production Python (async/await, typing, modern patterns).
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and portable serverless patterns: FaaS, API gateways, object storage + CDN, managed NoSQL + PostgreSQL, events/messaging, and identity.
• If AWS is your home turf: Lambda (incl. containerized), API Gateway, DynamoDB single-table + GSIs, SQS/SNS, S3/CloudFront, Cognito, CloudWatch, AWS CDK, Lambda Powertools or equivalent skills on Azure/GCP.
• Backend fundamentals: Pydantic, REST API design, provider SDKs, PostgreSQL; Selenium for targeted web scraping.
• Frontend fundamentals: React 18 with hooks/functional components, MUI v5, TanStack Query, TypeScript; cloud integration via Amplify (or similar).
• DevOps & quality: Docker, Git, CI/CD; testing with pytest, Jest, React Testing Library; code quality with Black and ESLint.
• Practical AI/ML product work: LLM integrations (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Vertex etc.), RAG with LangChain/LangGraph, Transformers/Hugging Face, DSPy, Pandas; exposure to Azure AI/ML.
• Security and architecture awareness: SAML/SSO, serverless and event-driven patterns, multi-environment delivery.
• Clear communication in English (B2+); Polish and/or German is a plus.

• Compensation: 30 000 – 35 000 PLN gross/month (B2B) or equivalent (UoP).

Your responsibilities

1. Ship AI-powered features end to end: Python backends and React 18 + TypeScript UIs (MUI v5, TanStack Query).
2. Design and operate serverless, event-driven backends across clouds: FaaS behind an API gateway, managed NoSQL + PostgreSQL, object storage + CDN, and messaging/queues.
3. Define clear data contracts and validation (Pydantic); use cloud SDKs (boto3 / azure-sdk-for-python / google-cloud) to integrate services.
4. Build LLM/RAG workflows with LangChain/LangGraph, Transformers/Hugging Face, DSPy, Pandas; integrate OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and other providers.
5. Instrument everything with OpenTelemetry and cloud-native tools (e.g. CloudWatch + Lambda Powertools, Azure Monitor, Cloud Logging/Trace); set dashboards, SLOs, and alerts.
6. Manage infrastructure as code (AWS CDK; Terraform/Pulumi where appropriate) and ship via CI/CD; support multi-environment deployments.
