Qualifications:

  • grounded and progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least a couple of years in a leadership role managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of roles, with a strong emphasis on highly technical and niche profiles within various industry branches.
  • Deep expertise in current recruitment technologies, ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and cultural nuances across Europe and Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all levels of an organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing global environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European or Asian languages is a significant plus.
  • Willingness to undertake regular international travel as required.

Head of Recruitment - Europe (and Asia) We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Head of Recruitment for Europe & Asia to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing a world-class recruitment strategy, managing a large and diverse team of 30 recruitment professionals, and ensuring we consistently attract and hire top-tier talent for our clients across a multitude of branches and highly specialized technological profiles. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition in two of the most dynamic and competitive markets, directly impacting our global growth and success.

Your responsibilities

  1. Strategic Vision & Forecasting: Develop and refine a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Europe and Asia, aligning with global talent objectives. Proactively forecast future talent needs and build robust pipelines for critical and niche roles, collaborating closely with business leaders. Drive innovation in recruitment practices, including the adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI tools) and sourcing methodologies. Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of approximately 30 recruitment professionals across Europe and Asia. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, excellence, and exceptional candidate experience. Oversee professional development, training, and performance management, ensuring team success, engagement, and retention.
  3. Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize recruitment processes across both regions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with local labor laws. Manage and optimize recruitment technologies, including ATS migration (Greenhouse to Workday). Oversee recruitment budgets, external vendor relationships, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  4. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers across various business units (e.g., Financial Services, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecoms). Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective hiring strategies for highly specialized technological profiles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Specialists, Cybersecurity Experts, Cloud Architects, UX/UI Designers).
  5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Champion the company's employer brand across Europe and Asia, ensuring an exceptional and consistent candidate experience. Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
