We are looking for an experienced and passionate React Team Lead to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. You will guide a team of React developers, enforce best practices in frontend architecture and design patterns, and ensure delivery of high-performance

user interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React (including Hooks and Context API), Redux, and frontend design patterns, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and support a team of React developers through code reviews, 1:1s, and hands-on coaching.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and prioritize features.
3. Own and manage sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery timelines for the frontend team.
4. Architect and implement complex user interfaces using React, Hooks, and Context API.
5. Maintain and evolve a scalable state management solution using Redux Toolkit.
6. Enforce modern frontend design patterns (such as container/presenter, compound components, render props, and HOCs).
