  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency and/or in-house)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience designing and executing direct sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting agreed SLAs for time-to-hire and quality of hire
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across functions and geographies
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a proactive “can-do” approach

Role Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Warsaw / hybrid / remote Contract Type: B2B, 12 months (possibility of conversion to perm after)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the regional TA team and help deliver high-quality recruitment support across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong pipelines of talent, and advising hiring managers on market insights and sourcing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with both agency and in-house recruitment experience, who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to attract and secure top talent.

Your responsibilities

  1. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  2. Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, advertisements, and tailored sourcing strategies
  3. Source, approach, and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels to build strong talent pipelines
  4. Manage role postings across careers sites, job boards, and social platforms
  5. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the full selection process
  6. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM to ensure data integrity
