What We’re Looking For

• substantial experience in GitLab administration, including installation, upgrades, and configuration
• experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• experience in programming or application development
• experience in help desk or technical support roles
• Proficiency with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
• Strong hands-on experience working with Unix/Linux environments and Azure
• Demonstrated ability to integrate GitLab with various tools and platforms
• GitLab certification is highly desired

Your responsibilities

1. Administer and maintain GitLab environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing performance monitoring
2. Lead the planning and execution of repository and pipeline migrations across GitLab instances
3. Design, build, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to support secure and efficient software delivery
4. Manage users, access rights, and permissions to ensure appropriate security and compliance across development environments
5. Oversee source code repository organization, including branching models and merge processes
6. Monitor system performance, resolve bottlenecks, and implement best practices to ensure platform reliability
