Experience & education

• 5-8 years of experience in IT or business areas. - Experience in the banking and financial services industry highly preferred (especially consumer card services)

• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers (experience working with Mainframe based applications is a must).

• Strong understanding of the cards domain.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Background in data mapping and migration.

• Proficiency in process modeling.

• Hands-on experience with SQL.

• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

LOCATION: WARSAW OR TRICITY.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies and objectives.
2. Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
3. Prepare and manage the requitements on Mainframe applications
4. Liaise with IT developers, architects, and other technical staff to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
5. Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Develop and propose new business processes that align with strategic goals.
