Was dich bei uns erwarten wird:

• Assist and support existing users with marketing automation tools
• Assist new users with onboarding and provide learning materials
• Ensure quality of marketing automation assets and conduct final checks for website forms, emails, and automation processes
• Manage and engage the internal marketing automation community
• Manage internal meetings including slide preparation, invitation management, agenda setting, follow-up communication
• Export, visualize, and present data from the marketing automation system
• Share insights and best practices within the company and monitor and support improvement of data quality, including email validation

Was dich ausmacht:

Education:

• Current enrollment in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field

Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, operations, or community management is a plus

Language skills:

• Fluent business english
• German is an advantage

Other competencies:

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
