Working Student (m/f/d) Corporate Communications

With product groups including bushings, coils, and instrument transformers, the company is a system-critical player in the energy transition and sustainable energy future. These intelligent and technologically advanced solutions are used for measurement, protection, and connection within the power grid. We operate globally with more than 2,500 employees across nine factory locations and four regional sales hubs.

Your Mission

Join Trench Group as a working student (m/f/d) in corporate communications and support our dynamic communications team in building our image as a global leader high-voltage transmission components and systems. In this role, you will gain direct and hands-on experience in various international internal and external communication activities and contribute to exciting projects that shape our global, fast growing and future-oriented company.

Your Tasks:

• Communications: Support with internal and external corporate communications activities
• Content management: Create, edit and evaluate of various content for our communication channels (e.g., website, social media, newsletters, intranet)
• Presentations: Prepare and edit presentations and company documents for different target groups
• Platform management: Maintain, update, and help further develop our international communication platforms (e.g., intranet, image database)
• Evaluation: Support the conception and implementation of PR measures
• Event support: Assist in the organization and implementation of events and internal functions

Requirements:

• Studies: enrolled in a relevant degree program and registered as a student for at least 12 months
• Initial practical experience or completed internships in the field of corporate communications would be ideal.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Typo3, WordPress) and/or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration mindset, structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is an advantage
