Our client is seeking a skilled Vice President of Operations to lead production / assembly operations, and supply chain functions for a growing, multi-site organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing scalable systems, and developing a high-performing team to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, process-driven leader with deep experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all production and supply chain operations across multiple facilities.
  • Establish and improve processes, KPIs, and systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Manage sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement quality programs to ensure consistent output and minimal rework.
  • Lead process improvement and cost-reduction efforts across production and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven operations team focused on safety and productivity.
  • Drive change management and continuous improvement as the organization scales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in a manufacturing setting, including multi-site oversight.
  • Proven success implementing process improvements and managing cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong background in supplier management, inventory planning, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
