Job Details

• Oversee all construction operations across multiple projects and teams
• Lead project execution, scheduling, financial performance, and quality control
• Mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leaders to drive consistency and excellence
• Partner with the executive team on forecasting, pipeline strategy, and long-term planning
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
• Support business development by building strong client relationships
• Standardize processes, strengthen SOPs, and improve departmental efficiency
• Support staffing, hiring needs, and organizational structure as the division grows

Ideal background

• 15+ years in commercial construction
• Experience managing teams delivering ground-up projects $10M–$100M+
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to scale teams and processes
• Proven record of improving operations, profit margins, and project delivery
• Ability to communicate clearly across clients, field teams, and executives
