Fluent English language skills. Ability to think strategically while managing daily operations effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially for handling escalated issues. Solid financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control. Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Proven ability to implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership Lead the transport operations team to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and compliant transport services that support regional goals. Plan short-term operations by managing resources, capacity, and service levels. Oversee project implementation to make sure it supports company priorities. Serve as the main escalation point for operational issues and guide the team to resolve them quickly. People Management & Team Development Lead, support, and develop the Transport Team to maintain strong performance and high engagement. Encourage a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace. Conduct performance reviews and promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Financial Planning & Cost Management Oversee the transport budget, including planning, tracking, and reporting costs. Ensure operations stay within financial targets.
