Qualifications

• An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in economics, computer science, technology, natural sciences or comparable disciplines with mathematical, statistical or econometric components or an analytical focus
• You have experience in Business intelligence applications (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), basic programming skills (Python, R, etc.) and cloud applications (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS or GCP etc.)
• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) in a dynamic-analytical working environment (e.g. in management consulting, the automotive industry, software or start-up industry) preferably with demonstrable expertise in the field of data-driven transformation or artificial intelligence
• You are experienced in building, analyzing and optimizing data and AI-supported workflows (flows) and have the ability to drive new, innovative digital applications, e.g. AI
• Data-driven innovation and responsibility for sustainable impact are on our agenda
• At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
• Project management, strategic thinking, business knowledge
• We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
• Excellent English and German skills (C1)
• You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
