Zakres obowiązków Adapt regional brand plans into channel‑specific activation plans. Implement impactful in‑store visibility initiatives, promotions, and shopper campaigns Work closely with Sales, Category Management, Brand Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure best‑in‑class execution. Build strong relationships with key retailers to increase brand visibility and drive category growth. Support new product launches with tailored sell‑in materials and shopper activation plans. Lead the creation of POS materials and promotional assets in line with brand guidelines. Wymagania Experience in Trade Marketing roles within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of retail Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into concrete actions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
