• Experience in application optimization and profiling in the areas of CPU, GPU, memory, and network — preferably supported by specific examples
• Knowledge of current trends, technologies, and solutions for mobile devices
• Practical understanding of design patterns and UI/UX design principles
• Proactivity and independence
• Strong problem-solving orientation
• Experience integrating analytics using Firebase (nice to have)
