Our requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Python, good understanding of language features, including OOP, context managers, decorators and generators.
• Proven experience contributing to a shared, existing Python codebase within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of math relevant to image or geometry processing.
• Experience with version control systems (git) and code review processes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience creating user interfaces with PyQt/PySide.
• Experience with 3D content creation software like Blender, Maya or Houdini and its API will be a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (min. B2).

Optional

• Understanding of asset production workflows and pipelines in VFX, game development or similar industry.
• Experience in mixed Windows/Linux environments.
• Experience with ShotGrid/Flow.
• Comfortable supporting artists and non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with render farm software and API (e.g., Deadline)
• Experience with USD.
• Eye for details.

Your responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve existing pipeline tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple projects and departments.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies.
• Write modular, reusable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the Head of CG, supervisors, team leads, and artists to assess and refine pipeline needs and solutions.
• Maintain coding standards and participate in code reviews.
