• University degree or equivalent working experience
• Being familiar with ITIL / Agile fundations
• Windows Server – 2008/2012R2 – administration and configuration
• IIS – administration and configuration
• Networks – troubleshooting, basic knowledge of protocols, firewalls, routing, loadbalancing
• Linux basics
• MS SQL basics

Optional

• Cloud environmnets e.g. AWS
• Middleware e.g. Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Oracle SOA and Oracle SQL
• Scripting knowledge (bash, PowerShell)

Your responsibilities

• Quality Assurance in production environment both classical data center and cloud environment.
• Conduct maintenance server/services restarts in compliance with established change processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including bug fixing ( SOA / Kubernetes )
• Troubleshoot and resolving incidents (2nd line) including on call support for critical incidents.
• Conducting root cause analysis and problem management.
• Taking care of IT relevant support processes and documentation.
• Contribution in IT security design of applications and their ecosystems.
• Taking over new applications from projects and bringing them into operations.
