Our requirements

• Proven track record managing large-scale IT carve-outs, divestments or system separations in multinational organisations.
• Strong understanding of financial system landscapes, data flows and compliance obligations within regulated environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams across functions, regions and time zones within complex program structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, capable of influencing decisions at senior levels.
• Proactive, highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced carve-out program with shifting priorities.
• Fluent English.

Your responsibilities

• Leading large-scale carve-out initiatives for finance-related applications across numerous business units and global locations.
• Defining and driving end-to-end separation strategies for complex, interdependent financial systems in alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Supporting data separation planning to ensure regulatory compliance and secure handling of financial information.
• Overseeing the transition of applications into new integration platforms as part of the post-separation architecture.
• Managing cross-stream dependencies and ensuring alignment between finance, technology and infrastructure teams in a high-complexity environment.
• Delivering structured reporting, risk assessments and progress updates to senior governance bodies within the carve-out program.
• Controlling project timelines, coordinating vendors involved in the separation, and allocating internal resources effectively.
