Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital transformation
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with tools in MS Office 365 including Planner, MS Project, or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity practices
• Ability to plan and execute short- and long-term projects,
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with managing vendors and third-party service providers
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
• Experience from the hospitality business a strong advantage

Your responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and Manager. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with internal security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation. Provide regular status updates and post-project reviews.
