Requirements

Your responsibilities

• creating competitive advantages through innovative usage of data, particularly in pricing optimization
• preparing structured and unstructured data for analyses and modeling
• collaborating with business and technology teams to translate ideas into data- and AI-driven solutions
• collecting and analyzing market data, as well as developing dynamic models for flexible adaptation to market conditions and customer behavior
• taking responsibility for the conception, development, and optimization of modern machine learning techniques to support the pricing of new products and portfolio management
• implementing meaningful dashboards and continuous monitoring to ensure that portfolio developments align with corporate goals
• contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a company-wide AI community to promote knowledge exchange and the effective application of AI technologies

Our requirements

• fluency in English
• university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• minimum 2 years of experience and solid knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R for data analyses and model optimization, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, SAS Viya, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, DataBricks)
• practical experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, including knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD processes
• strong analytical skills and experience in handling large amounts of data, both structured and unstructured, and in processing them
• proactive approach, and strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams, as well as experience in agile working environments
