• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale, complex global or EMEA-level projects.
• Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Trustworthy, ethical, and dependable.
• Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in any additional European language is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream or major change management initiatives, preferably within an international corporate environment.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and manage the end-to-end SAP implementation process.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide consistent updates and reports to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and necessary adjustments.
• Apply best practices, methodologies, and tools across all project stages.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures when required.
• Measure project outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with internal procedures and standards.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
