• 7-12 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, including senior-level operational and process responsibilities.
• Expert knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Thunderhead) and process automation.
• Strong technical analysis skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Deep understanding of assistance products, insurance workflows, or related business processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Your responsibilities

• Perform advanced functional analysis and provide expert guidance on complex business processes.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of document lifecycle management using Thunderhead or equivalent platforms.
• Conduct detailed technical analysis to support integration, process improvement, and system enhancements.
• Provide expert knowledge of assistance products and end-to-end business processes.
• Prepare high-level functional specifications, process documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to implement solutions effectively.
• Support legacy modernization initiatives and advanced automation of processes.
• Mentor and support junior and senior analysts, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
