Employer requirements

• 3–7+ years in business / analytics / consulting,
• Experience in analytics in one of areas: pricing / procurement / commercial / marketing / finance / supply chain / strategy,
• Business-curious; strong framing of problems and hypotheses,
• Excellent Excel skills (Power Query/Pivot; tidy modelling), Power BI/Tableau for low–medium complexity dashboards; working SQL or Power Query to validate data,
• Strong storytelling & slidewriting; confident with senior stakeholders,
• Comfortable with 80/20 and short deadlines; high bar for data hygiene (control totals, date cut-offs, currency/UoM),

Optional

• Basic statistics (variance, cohort, correlation), A/B thinking; Python/R optional,

Your responsibilities

• Triage & deliver ad-hoc asks (data pulls, quick analyses, comparison packs) with agreed SLAs; ensure control totals & definitions are right.
• Build decision-ready outputs: one-pagers, slides, small dashboards in Power BI/Tableau (with certified datasets).
• Tell the story: what changed → why → so-what (impact) → now-what (action, owner, due date).
• Co-present findings in key business meetings
• Work with Data Owners/Platform team when a request needs new data; write crisp requirements (grain, fields, filters, UoM/currency).
• Promote self-service: publish certified views, run office hours, short how-to guides.
• Drive adoption of data analytics in your area. Track adoption and business impact; close the loop with stakeholders.
• Domain-specific analyticsL fe. Where are we leaking price/margin? Are index pass-through and terms working? Or What is at risk next quarter? Which customers are high rebate / low growth or vice-versa (account health map)?
• Blending pricing or commercial data sets with other domains to search for patterns & insights
