Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

In this role, you will be an essential part of our Global IT Service Desk team, supporting IT Specialists in delivering high-quality IT support to Lundbeck employees worldwide. You will gain hands-on experience by resolving standard IT service requests, managing system access, and performing basic configuration tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn and provide local IT support, including hardware management and assistance with AV equipment.
