• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and databases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in complex project environments

Your responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document functional and non-functional requirements with precision and clarity
• Verify solutions through user acceptance testing and functional testing
• Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support project managers in stakeholder communication and project coordination
• Maintain documentation of decisions, changes, and knowledge across initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities within business operations
• Translate complex technical information into understandable business terms
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet compliance and performance standards
• Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making
