• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in data analysis/data mining
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with different teams to ensure smooth communication related to their future needs
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Excel

Optional

• Previous knowledge of Salesforce would be a big plus

Your responsibilities

• Extracting and processing data from business applications and reporting solutions
• Working with the rest of the team to specify and create reporting systems to access supply and demand data
• Working with multiple stakeholders across the CS organization to collect and validate staff availability and assignment inputs
• Working across the full organization to build and develop effective and robust workload estimation systems
• Producing utilization data models that can inform load balancing and staffing decisions
• Supporting operational management to build data-led business cases for resource adjustments
