Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Fluency in Polish and English required
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Conducting business analysis to understand customers' expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team as needed
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team, e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployments
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on platform usability and implementing solutions
