Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Proxy Product Owner, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Optional

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2C projects
• Experience working in an international environment

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team to define functional requirements
• Create and maintain the product backlog (epics, user stories) and define clear acceptance criteria for each backlog item
• Participate and lead Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, review)
• Validate test scenarios and support the QA team
• Lead product workshops and demos of new functionalities
• Configure business applications based on client requirements
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to the Product Owner and management
