Our requirements

• Very good level of English in speech and writing - needed for client contact and communication between teams & locations,
• Willingness to learn skills from different fields, including IT (we'll teach you all you need to know),
• A positive, friendly attitude,
• Research and web browsing skills,
• A university degree is not a must but a big asset.

Your responsibilities

• Providing product support to our clients from different locations around the world
• Finding solutions for product, data and technical questions and issues in our knowledge base and through creative experimentation
• Working in a rotating shift system, including some holidays
• Striving for excellence in providing top-notch support for our clients
• Developing your own economic, analytical and technical knowledge
• Cooperating with other team members & your team manager
• Work in shift system (day shift 8:00-16:00 and evening shift 16:00-00:00)
