Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET and/or C# development.
• Experience in coordinating the work of a team of programmers; experience in managing a team of people working from different locations would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD).
• Experience in designing systems and applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Optional

• Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with documentation and international teams.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the work of the development team.
• Assign tasks based on team members’ competencies.
• Supervise code quality and ensure adherence to best programming practices.
• Select appropriate technologies and enforce project standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, and testers.
• Participate in system architecture design.
• Support testing and promote best software development practices.
• Monitor project progress and report status.
• Assist the team in resolving technical and organizational challenges.
