Our requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in insurance or financial services systems.
• Strong knowledge of core platforms, API/microservices integration, and SQL.
• Experience producing functional specifications, BRDs, and integration design documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional specifications and BRDs.
• Support integration design and development for APIs and microservices across core insurance platforms.
• Work with SQL and data models to validate process flows and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system configuration, development, and testing.
• Document functional processes, system interactions, and integration points.
• Conduct impact analysis for changes and support UAT and other validation activities.
• Provide guidance on process flows and system capabilities to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business and technical operations.
