Our requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering, with a specialization in backend or frontend development, cloud, or security.
• A solution-driven mindset and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a growth-focused perspective.
• English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level in English to facilitate communication within our international team.
• Core Language: Proficiency in Java (Java 17+ preferred).
• Frameworks: Extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, or JPA for ORM.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization technologies, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Databases: Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in relational databases.
• Testing: Proficient in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing tools.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture.
• System Design: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, scalability, and system integration.

Optional

• Understanding of security best practices for Java applications, knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0), API design (RESTful or GraphQL), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance testing and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, high-availability patterns, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, CDK), as well as monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog).: Experience with NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with Spring Security and other modern Java frameworks.
