Our requirements

• Proven experience with LabWare LIMS or another LIMS-class system (SME/Support)
• Good understanding of T-SQL and database structures
• Experience in application and interface management
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS issues in lab environments
• Fluency in German (mandatory)

Your responsibilities

• Provide support to lab users and lab equipment (barcode scanners, ZPL printers)
• Troubleshoot operational errors, data transfer issues, and LIMS scheduler problems
• Investigate and resolve SQL database issues and file share errors
• Manage and troubleshoot LabWare LIMS, including workflows and user permissions
• Support implementation of new lab processes and small-scale projects
