• Experience in Java development
• Good understanding of software engineering principles
• Willingness to visit our office in Gdańsk and participate in occasional business trips
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA
• Fluent English: C1/C2
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits to our office in Katowice

Optional

• Experience with Joget low-code platform
• Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vaadin, Forms, Swing, Joget)
• Background in distributed, international teams

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications with frontend components
• Collaborate with distributed teams to define requirements and implement software designs
• Deliver high-quality, clean code aligned with performance and security standards
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of modules and services
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
