Requirements

Your responsibilities

• To support the implementation and development of the PEJ requirements management through systems engineering methods and processes.
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of requirements at each lifecycle phase.
• Maintain and administer the consistency of the database of requirements and their configuration.
• Increasing the awareness and knowledge of the company's employees (internal training, mentoring database validity reports, ongoing communication on requirements and where required auditing).
• Cooperation and communication with stakeholders in the field of how to identify needs and elaborate requirements to meet these needs.
• Periodic compliance reviews.
• Participating in identifying and defining design and business requirements together with a team of experts.
• Participating in the preparation of processes, procedures, and documentation in the area of requirements, configuration, and change management (RCCM).

Our requirements

• Higher education (technical, system engineering, QA, database management).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to design business processes.
• Understanding general principles of system engineering, requirements elaboration, analysis and management.
• Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 / C1 (working in an international environment).
• High interpersonal skills and the ability to work in diverse teams.
• Attitude and values consistent with the characteristics and attributes of a strong safety culture.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with database management, systems and/or requirements engineering tools, methods and processes such as Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Cradle, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, or other similar).
• A security clearance authorizing access to classified documents with at least a "confidential" clause or a willingness to undergo, after employment, a security clearance procedure related to obtaining a security clearance authorizing access to classified information.

Optional

• Experience in configuration and change management.
• Certificate in requirements engineering, systems engineering or project management.
• Experience using systems engineering methods such as INCOSE, IEC15288/IEC12207, Nasa Systems Handbook, SAE ARP 4754A/B, SEBOK, etc.
• Ability to comprehend and disseminate technical and regulatory documentation.
• Experience in conformity assessment processes, e.g. verification, validation, audits, controls.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as nuclear, petrochem/chemical, pharma, rail, automotive, aerospace.
• Professionally recognized experience in the field of systems engineering, specifically in relation to requirements-based projects.
